Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to uploads, generation, downloads, sharing, and account features on HanfuPortrait. HanfuPortrait is an independent product that uses third-party AI models for stylized portraits and is not affiliated with any model provider.

2. Strictly prohibited content

• Pornographic, explicit sexual, sexual-service, sexually suggestive, or sexualized-person content.
• Sexualized minors, nudity involving minors, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Graphic violence, gore, extreme hate, criminal instructions, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Unauthorized face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation of real people, or manipulation of another person’s likeness.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Fraud, deception, illegal political manipulation, or attempts to bypass platform safety controls.

3. Photo upload requirements

Only upload photos you have the legal right to use and obtain any consent required from people shown. Do not upload identity documents, medical records, intimate images, or another person’s photo without authorization.

4. Screening and enforcement

We use content safety screening before generation and may reject, remove, or restrict requests that violate this policy. If screening is unavailable, we pause the generation instead of bypassing the check. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension, credit cancellation, or reports to relevant authorities.

5. Reports and contact

To report suspected violations or unauthorized use, email support@hanfuportrait.com with the relevant link, account, or order information. We will investigate and take appropriate action within a reasonable time.
