1. About the service
HanfuPortrait is an independently operated AI Chinese-culture portrait studio. Users upload photos they have the right to use, choose curated Hanfu, Qipao, Tang-style, and other looks, and receive digital portraits. We use third-party AI models and cloud services, but are independent from and not endorsed by any model provider.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact support@hanfuportrait.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Digital credits and payments
Portrait packs are digital credits for use in the service and are not cash or transferable currency. The price, included generations, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record and may be subject to its customer portal and payment terms.
4. Refunds and support
For payment, credit, or generation issues, contact support@hanfuportrait.com with the order email and a description of the issue. We review refund or compensation requests under applicable law, Creem rules, and the circumstances of the order.
5. AI outputs and third-party models
AI outputs can contain errors, bias, or unexpected results. Outputs are synthetic images and are not identity documents, factual statements, or professional advice. We do not guarantee a particular result or uninterrupted availability of third-party models, storage, or payment services.
6. User content and rights
You must have the necessary rights to upload a photo and to use the likenesses shown in it. You remain responsible for uploaded content. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide, secure, and improve the service; see the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to generate or distribute pornographic, sexually suggestive, sexualized-minor, violent, hateful, illegal, fraudulent, infringing, deepfake, impersonating, or unauthorized face-manipulation content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the complete restrictions.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify or suspend the service for safety, compliance, maintenance, or product changes, and may suspend accounts that violate our policies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses.
